MSB008313 Public Use Easement - Foxtrot

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB), Land & Resource Management Division, has received a request from MSB Public Works for a public use easement (PUE) on the Shaw Elementary School and Shaw Warm Storage Building property (Tax Account No. 18N01E30B002). The proposed MSB road project would extend E. Paradise Lane to E. Foxtrot Avenue. Most of the proposed improvements are located within the section line easement; however, an additional PUE is needed along the northern boundary of the property to accommodate road improvements, a pathway, and an upgraded ENSTAR gas line.
