MSB008259 MEA Utility Easement-Maynard PSB

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Land & Resource Management Division received a request from Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) for a public utility easement on Borough-owned property known as Lot 14A, Block 14, Shorewood Subdivision RSB (tax account number 56718B14L014A). This is the location of the Les Maynard Public Safety Building, Station 5-2. The easement is required for the Bogard/Engstrom Road Improvement Project by the Department of Transportation (DOT). MEA needs to relocate the overhead utility line to this new location to accommodate the project.
