MSB008242 MEA Utility Easement for American Charter Academy

The Land & Resource Management Division has received a request from Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) for a public utility easement on Tract A-2, MSB Seldon Subdivision, according to plat 2022-51 (tax account 58264000T00A-2). The proposed utility easement will be approximately 720’ long with widths varying between 20’ to 50’ wide. This is a Borough project, and the utility easement will serve the new American Charter Academy.
